Cancellation Policy
If you wish to make changes or cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, your order may have already entered processing, and we may not be able to accommodate your request. If your cancellation is received within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

If you are not satisfied and wish to return your purchase, you may do so after 14 days and within 60 days from the purchase date. Please note that any shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. Damage to the packaging (e.g., dented boxes) with the product itself in good condition does not qualify as a damaged item.
If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing contact.benexor@gmail.com with a clear photo of the damage. We will assess your situation and, if eligible, send a replacement at no cost to you. Please note, we do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
While we aim to deliver your order promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as issues with the courier, customs, or other unforeseen events during shipping. If you encounter any delivery issues, please contact the courier directly. benexor is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you realize there is an error, notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. If we are not informed within this timeframe, you may not be eligible for a resend or refund.
